|ADC targeting transportation for Hwy 14 site|
A 151-acre parcel on the southern edge of Aurora which was initially targeted as a potential data center site will soon be marketed as a prime location for transportation logistics and distribution center prospects as well.
Bill Hunter III, president of the Aurora Development Corporation, explained the slight change in marketing strategy last week, noting that land on the east side of Highway 14 near the “Welcome to Aurora” sign remains one of ADC’s largest assets.
“While the ADC continues to be open to development opportunities with data centers, we also want to explore potential growth related to distribution and logistics,” Hunter said.
