Commissioners face heavy agenda PDF E-mail

Hamilton County Commissioners will face a heavily-loaded agenda when they convene Monday at 8:15 a.m.
Following a visit/inspection of the Hamilton County Ambulance Service facilities, they will open sealed bids for a new ambulance at 9 a.m.
At 9:30 a.m., representatives from the State Auditor’s office will meet with commissioners to discuss findings in their audit of county surveyor Duane Katt’s office. Commissioner Doug Andersen indicated he may ask for an executive session to discuss possible legal action.
At 10 a.m., county attorney Mike Powell and Hamilton Manor Board representative Roger Bamesberger will meet with commissioners to continue discussion on the Manor’s $180,000 loan request for payment of back payroll taxes and $130 loan request for payment of past due accounts payable. Following that, commissioners will consider appointing a committee to recommend a strategic plan for the future of Hamilton Manor.
Also on the agenda is Powell’s report on the GIS server status.
Meetings are held in the commissioners room on the second floor of the Hamilton County Courthouse. Meetings are open to the public.
