Phil Fendt from Memorial Community Health, Inc. in Aurora, has been selected as a member of the Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA) Class X of the NHA Leadership Institute.
This 10-month program will enhance a participant’s ability to lead in the rapidly changing and diverse health care industry by providing professional education that enhances the skills needed to facilitate positive change and innovation in Nebraska hospitals. This year’s theme, “Strategic Leadership,” will offer participants the opportunity to learn the strategic and tactics needed to position themselves as leaders to achieve victory and success in a challenging and ever-changing health care landscape.
