That was the message delivered by Cass County Extension educator Joe Lemmons during Hamilton County Ag Day 2013 last month. Lemmons said Nebraska farmland values are trending up between 31 to 34 percent in the east and central regions of the state -- 35 percent in Hamilton County. Â |
