The Aurora girls’ basketball season is shaping up to be a work-in-progress. The Huskies averaged just 17 points per game over the weekend in dropping back-to-back contests, Friday at home to Fairbury on Friday 38-16, and Saturday at Elkhorn 43-18. Against the Jeffs, Aurora had matchup problems and had an off shooting night as the girls were never in the game after the visitors took a 10-2 lead in the opening stanza. |
