Three new single-family dwellings helped boost November’s building permit total in Aurora to more than $600,000, pushing the year-to-date tally to $5.8 million.

In a month when the number of project is typically smaller as the year winds down, 10 permits were issued at Aurora City Hall. The largest was a single-family dwelling permit for $320,000. Two other housing permits listed at $130,000 and $100,000 represented the bulk of this month’s total value.
