An increased emphasis on reading instruction has paid off for Aurora Public Schools, with improved proficiency across all grade levels.

Improvements in reading and math played a big role in Aurora’s rank among 249 school districts in the state, but there’s one statistic that stands out even more -- a 98.95 percent graduation rate, which ranks first among ranked school districts.
