Hamilton County surveyor Duane Katt has fallen two signatures short of forcing a recall election for county commissioner Tim Bergen in District 5. County clerk Pat Anderson said Katt turned in recall petitions bearing 154 signatures. Nine signatures were rejected and 145 accepted -- two short of the required 147 needed. |
