When Dex Schwieger was left asking what’s next following the disbandment of the Nebraska-Omaha football program, he found an answer clad in blue and white.

Schwieger, a 2008 Aurora graduate, found the switch to be relatively smooth when he transferred to Nebraska-Kearney several months after the 2011 announcement.
