Giltner's volleyball team finished third in the Class D2 state tournament as they swept Mead in Saturday's third-place game at Northwest High School.

The third-seed Lady Hornets lost to eventual state champion Humphrey in the state semifinals, one day after defeating Stuart in the tournament opener. Watch for tournament coverage in this week's edition.
