Aurora tumbled 13-7 against Adams Central in its first contest, and saw its season at the hands of Holdrege 11-0. The Lady Huskies ended the season with a 15-14 record. "I thought our composure was good. I never thought we were rattled or got caught up in the atmosphere or anything of that nature, which is nice, being a young group," coach Scott Johnson said. The book closed on Aurora’s softball season Thursday at the B-5 district tournament, where the Lady Huskies dropped back-to-back contests.
