The Aurora City Council approved final plans for a new aquatic center Sept. 25, though the possibility of cooperation still exists between private and public entities. Following a discussion on the outdoor pool plans with JEO Consulting Group, councilman Phil Hupf brought up the private Aquatic Recreation Center (ARC) group, which has begun working on a proposed indoor-outdoor facility and may want to partner with the city. |
