Aventine restructuring finances PDF E-mail

Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings, Inc. announced this week that it has entered into a restructuring agreement with 100 percent of its term loan lenders.
Neither ethanol plant at the Aurora West site is running during this restructuring process, which the Aventine board reports should be completed by the end of September.
