Aventine restructuring finances PDF E-mail

Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings, Inc. announced this week that it has entered into a restructuring agreement with 100 percent of its term loan lenders.
Neither ethanol plant at the Aurora West site is running during this restructuring process, which the Aventine board reports should be completed by the end of September.

Hamilton County valuation surpasses $1.7 billion PDF E-mail

Governmental subdivisions got a dose of good news this week after Hamilton County Assessor Pat Sandberg certified the 2012 county valuations.

Sandberg said Hamilton County’s total valuation jumped to more than $1.7 billion with $34 million in real estate and personal property growth.

The exact figure is $1,743,097,448, compared to last year’s valuation of $1,575,468,122 -- an increase of $167,629,326.
