Golfers qualify for state PDF E-mail

The Aurora Lady Huskies qualified for the state golf tournament Tuesday by placing third at the B-3 District meet at Southern Hills. Amy Morris was fifth with a 98, while Paige McCoy finished eighth and Kristin Bell ninth, both with 103s. The third place finish behind Adams Central and Holdrege earns the team a spot at the two-day Class B Tournament Monday and Tuesday at Holmes Golf Course in Lincoln.
